the location of the hotel was perfect for us because we were attending the Renaissance festival. we arrived and promptly got assisted in check in. got to the room which was tidy and clean. the hotel never had a “smell” and the breakfast was good and worked well with our schedule.

The location of the place was fantastic, and the room was spacious and comfortable with an exceptional level of cleanliness. The breakfast provided was decent.

Room in general was roomy enough. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bath was clean and linens were excellent quality.

Staff was helpful always available. Rooms were very clean and neat. Showers were awesome! I loved the "hidden" closet behind the big mirror! Also, loved that the fridge wasn't out in the open. It was kept behind a drawer. All in all, I really liked our experience. This is my second time coming to this hotel and it will certainly not be my last time!

We booked about one hour before arriving. The rate we got through Booking.Com was FANTASTIC! The room was good and met our needs of spending the night.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and provided a quick check in. The AC in our original room was not working, so they offered us another room with no argument or hesitation. The water pressure in the hotel is the best we have ever had, in any hotel we have ever stayed in.

The rooms were huge and the beds were very comfy. Black out curtains make sleeping in so easy. And they are allowed us to have a 12 o’clock check out. Everything was clean! The bathroom has a mirror with a touch screen night light built in to it. They give you plenty of towels and wash rags instead of your typical hotel that hardly give you any and you have to ask for more. All around, I enjoyed every bit of the stay.

Awesome staff at this location! Awesome location too! Had a small issue after check-in and was promptly taken care of. Had an overall fantastic experience with my stay here. Very nice and clean room. Would stay here again on my future travels.

Check in was quick but robotic. Laminate in the room was smeary and dirty, left foot prints every where you walked and then dirty foot prints left when you showered. Breakfast was typical but good. Pool area was clean.
