We had a short trip. Check in was easy and friendly. Check out was handled very well by the female clerk with purple hair. She did a good job of handling a situation that could have been VERY ugly. My son witnessed a car hit a parked car pulling into a parking spot. We took pictures and went to the front desk to let them know. We have no idea who the owner of the parked car was. (minor if any damage). The driver came in very ugly and physically stepped in front of me talking to the clerk and told me to stay out of her business. The clerk politely checked me out and went out with a clipboard to see what happened. We left without any other exchanges.

We had to stay here for almost 2 weeks while we got our new home situated. There aren’t any bad comments for this place! The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were VERY clean (even a note was left in our room by the housekeeper that stated she had cleaned the room thoroughly) The staff was super nice, the location is pretty good because we could easily jump on the expressway or drive around the corner to Walmart/other restaurants and food places. There was breakfast included which was also decent! Our whole time there we didn’t have any problems at all!

We had to extend our stay by a day and we were directed back to booking.com for a better rate then they could offer on site.. I thought that was very good of them to let me know that... I have no complaints about anything.. the facilities were very clean there is a bit of construction going on but it caused no problems during our stay. I'm sad I didn't get a picture of our room.. but I did get a few of the facilities.. we used the pool and the laundry room during our stay both were very clean and we'll kept.

the location of the hotel was perfect for us because we were attending the Renaissance festival. we arrived and promptly got assisted in check in. got to the room which was tidy and clean. the hotel never had a “smell” and the breakfast was good and worked well with our schedule.
